Using a Coffee Mate creamer Bottle for Snack Storage

There are a few things you should know about me by now :) I am frugal and I am a member of the Brew Crew which promotes Coffee Mate!! As members we were asked to find great and fun ideas for using Coffee Mate creamer or the bottles. Well I found a great frugal recycling idea: use the empty bottles to store the kids snacks in. This is a great idea when you need to carry snacks around in a bag or in the car. The kids can simply pop open the lid and pour a few goldfish out into their little hands. And the best thing is that they don't have to stick their dirty little fingers in the box that is going back into the cabinet. Believe me when I say that with 3 kiddos they don't care how muddy their hands are if they are hungry, LOL!!!

Recycling a Coffee Mate creamer bottle!!!!

So by now you all know that I am a member of the Brew Crew, a wonderful group of people who love promoting Coffee Mate creamer! We were given another activity to share some fun ideas for using Coffee Mate or a recycled bottle. After some searching I found this great blog, I will post the link at the bottom of the post, that suggested using the empty bottle as a water holder in the laundry room as a way to refill your iron when it is low. OMG, what a great idea. I have 5 people O have to iron for and am always running to the kitchen to fill up a cup of water to refill the iron. What makes this bottle perfect for this is the spout on the lid, you can get the perfect stream and not spill the water all over the ironing board!!! Have any of you ever tried this???

We were asked to celebrate our cup of coffee with a picture and here is mine. I really made the creamer stand out from the rest of the picture!!

Hello Blogging World!!

For years I have thought about jumping on the blogging wagon but just didn't have the get up an go in me to do it, my thought, why would a bunch of strangers want to read my ramblings?? Well I have now decided to test the waters for my own sanity :) This is my place to keep track of all my craziness and if you find yourself inclined to hop on board with me let me say "welcome to my little corner of the web!!"

I am a stay at home mom to three wonderful kiddos and have a husband that supports my need to stay home with my babies. I love to craft, love love love it. Anything from scrapbooking, painting, sewing, upcycling vintage books, and the list goes on and on.. My problem is I get bored really fast, quicker than it takes me to finish a project and I talk myself into not pulling out my supplies because of this fact. I even taught myself how to use a digital graphics software so I could make digital scrapbook papers so I wouldn't have the mess and got bored really really fast. So this blog is here to keep me inspired to do what I love but am so reluctant to do.

Oh I also obsess with things: making money online, my next Disney trip, coupons and freebies and my newest one, getting healthy and losing the baby weight from my 3 little ones.

I hope this will be a fun experience for me!! I will get set up on facebook and get the blog setup in the coming week, This is just to say "hi and I'm here" :)
